Use tubes or buckles as both options are possible. Built in admin pouch, kangaroo type pouch for magazine inserts. 100% berry compliant and made in the USA. All Placards come with buckles but if you want to run tubes on it you can easily remove the buckles and put what ever tube system you desire.
